 Sony has finally confirmed month long rumors about a major update to the Playstation 3. According to Sony officials, Update 2.4 will contain the much desired PS3 trophies system, which is similar to the achievement system on the Xbox 360. The second major change is the ability to access the XrossMediaBar or XMB in-game.
